Start by gathering as many reference materials and detailed information about your request. This can be images of my past fabrications you like, sketches you’ve drawn out, a detailed description of your idea, or at minimum some context about your project you would like to discuss in a scheduled one-on-one consultation . You should then decide on budget you feel comfortable with. This can be a range that will help inform the complexity of your design as well as other applicable cost attributed to your design like gemstone rarity, chain type, custom engraving, etc. to commence the detailed design, sourcing, and planning phase.
-
The starting price for custom silver work is $1,000 and $2,500 for gold. Keep in mind that each project is unique, and pricing will vary based on several factors including the complexity of design, gemstone rarity if stones are used, chain selection/length, optional laser engraving, and hardware storage size(for custom USB request).
Setting a budget beforehand allows me to better tailor the project to your financial comfort zone. The minimum pricing refers to one item or multiple items that met the minimum price threshold.
-
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required before any mock ups, researching, designing, sourcing, planning, or pricing of style options is done on your project. The deposit insures your commitment to the project and allows me to dedicate personalized one-on-one attention to your project. Your deposit goes towards the total agreed project cost(once determined). The balance of the project is due within 7 days of the agreed upon estimate.
If any changes are requested after the custom order is paid in full, a $200+ change fee plus any additional cost of materials and labor expenses will be billed to accommodate the request.
Custom design quotes will be valid for 48hrs and are subject to change based on precious metal market fluctuations.
-
A lot goes into scheduling consultations, designing mock-ups, planing timelines, material sourcing, and time allocation required for custom work. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to follow through with your order, your non-refundable deposit will be billed as labor. If you decide you want to put your project on hold until a later date, your deposit will be valid towards your order and will not expire. However, if we mutually agree that I cannot accommodate your custom request your deposit will be refunded to you.
-
After filing out the custom project submission form you will be provided with a link to complete the deposit. You may also follow this Custom Deposit Checkout Link to complete your deposit.

I generally treat every project finish intuitively. Some projects may call for a brushed matte oxidized finish while some may call for a mirror polished finish. I do however treat most projects with a brushed oxidized finish. Oxidizing the metal enhances the contrast between recessed detailed areas and allows a bright finish of any raised detail areas. If you prefer a particular finish, feel free to clarify your request during the custom design phase.

My personal collection of gemstones is constantly changing, however if you would like to request a particular stone, gemstone, or crystal please inquire during the custom design process. If your desired gemstone is not available in my collection, I may be able to source from trusted gem dealers and established direct-from-mine relationships.
During the design phase of your project I can provide you with images and videos of my current gemstone collection based on your specific stone request.

Any length is available during the custom design process. The most common necklace chain lengths measure between 18”-30”. If you would like a specific chain length, please choose your desired length during the design process. If you need help choosing your desired chain length, you may use a necklace you already own as a length you feel comfortable with or if you plan to layer your new necklace with other pieces, take the combined length of the new chain and pendant into consideration. You may also take a piece twine or any loose material around the neck to simulate the chain and pendant length then measure that length with a ruler or tape measure.
